How do I place an order for a custom sign?

To place an order, click Quick Quote on our homepage, fill in your sign type, size, and design details, and our team will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours. You can also call us directly at +1 888 271 1999.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order quantity. We produce everything from a single custom sign to large bulk orders. Whether you need one neon sign or 500 storefront signs, we've got you covered.

Can I order a sign from a photo or logo?

Yes. Simply upload your image, logo, or artwork when submitting your quote. Our design team will convert it into a production-ready file. We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS formats.

Do you charge setup or design fees?

No setup fees and no design fees. Our in-house design team will create or refine your artwork at no extra cost. You only pay for the sign itself.

How long does production and shipping take?

Standard production takes 5-10 business days, depending on sign type and complexity. Rush options are available. Shipping times vary by location:

USA: 2-5 business days
Canada: 5-7 business days
International: 7-14 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment in real time through our carrier's website.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer payment plans or net terms?

Yes, for large orders we offer net-30 payment terms for approved business accounts. Contact our sales team to apply. We also support split payments for qualifying orders.

What materials are your signs made from?

Depending on the sign type, we use aircraft-grade aluminum, premium acrylic, solid wood, PVC, and flexible LED neon tubing. All materials are selected for durability, weather resistance, and visual impact.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Most of our signs are available in outdoor-rated versions with UV-resistant coatings, weatherproof enclosures, and corrosion-resistant hardware. Just specify outdoor use when ordering.

What sizes are available?

We produce signs in virtually any size - from small desk signs (6"x6") to large building fascia signs (20ft+). Custom dimensions are always available at no extra charge.

What is your return and refund policy?

Since all signs are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your sign arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

What if I made a mistake in my design?

We send a digital proof for approval before production begins. Once you approve the proof, production starts. If an error was made on our end, we will reprint at no charge.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order before proof approval at no cost. Once production has started, changes may incur additional fees. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Can I get a proof before my sign is made?

Yes. We provide a free digital proof for every order before production. You can request unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the design.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for the sharpest results. If you only have a low-resolution image, our designers can recreate it.

Can you match my brand colors exactly?

Yes. We can match Pantone (PMS), CMYK, and RAL color codes. Just provide your brand color specifications when placing your order and we will ensure an accurate match.

Do LED neon signs consume a lot of electricity?

No. Our LED neon signs use up to 80% less energy than traditional glass neon. A typical sign runs on 12V DC and costs only a few cents per day to operate.

How long do LED neon signs last?

Our LED neon signs have a lifespan of 50,000+ hours (approximately 10-15 years of normal use). They are far more durable than traditional glass neon and do not contain toxic gases.

Are your signs easy to install?

Yes. Every sign comes with full installation hardware and instructions. Most signs can be installed with basic tools. For large or complex installations, we recommend a professional installer.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. We offer volume discounts for orders of 10+ signs. Contact our sales team for a custom wholesale quote tailored to your project size and sign type.

Can I get a sign with my business logo?

Absolutely. We specialize in branded business signage. Upload your logo and we will reproduce it faithfully in your chosen sign format - neon, acrylic, metal, or any other material.

What warranty do your signs come with?

All our signs come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. LED neon signs include an extended 2-year warranty on the LED components.

Can signs be used for events and trade shows?

Yes. We produce portable, lightweight signs ideal for events, trade shows, pop-ups, and exhibitions. Options include freestanding acrylic signs, LED neon, and banner-style displays.

How do I clean and maintain my sign?

For most signs, simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. LED neon signs require no special maintenance - just keep the surface dust-free for best brightness.
