CUERO STREET - When Your Brand Has to Glow as Loud as Your Culture
Client: CUERO STREET - Black-owned Streetwear Brand, Los Angeles CA
Problem: "We can't launch looking like everyone else. We need people to stop dead in their tracks."
The Real Need
CUERO STREET wasn't just selling clothes. They were launching a movement - one rooted in Black resilience, street legacy, and modern rebellion. They didn't want a standard banner or printed backdrop.
They needed something electric. The kind of storefront presence that stops someone mid-stride and makes them pull out their phone before they even walk in.

Our Response
We built them a sign as bold as the brand:
- Custom LED neon sign with their gothic "CUERO STREET" lettering in warm purple glow
- A neon marquee-style secondary sign reading "EST. 2023 - LOS ANGELES"
- Acrylic backboard with a soft halo effect for the pop-up booth wall
- Designed to feel like a gallery piece, not a store fixture
- Produced, proofed, and shipped in 10 days - ahead of their drop date
The Outcome
- Their pop-up attracted 3x the expected foot traffic on launch day
- Over 300 customers photographed their outfits in front of the sign
- The brand was featured in 2 streetwear blogs within a week of the pop-up
- They came back for 3 more signs for new LA locations
"The sign made the whole pop-up. Everyone thought we had a flagship store already."
What Made This Work
They came in with three requirements:
- The sign has to stop people on the street
- It has to feel premium, not promotional
- It has to ship on time
- That's exactly what Fineyst Signs does - we build identity into every pixel of light.
